• Eight (8) festival pass limit (or two 6-packs) per order, household or customer account.
• All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges or cancellations.
• Do not buy passes from any unauthorized third parties or scalpers. We won't service, authenticate or support passes purchased from any unauthorized third parties and do not assist in any such transactions.
• Prices subject to change.
• All Stagecoach wristbands are valid for the full 3-day festival.
• Wristband registration required.
• Wristbands are non-transferable once applied.
• Wristbands are void if tampered with or removed.
• Minimum browser requirements required to place an order. Make sure you have the most updated browser version.

• AXS Premium gives all fans safe and easy access to high demand passes at market driven prices. The price varies, adjusting according to supply & demand and are not resale passes. AXS Premium passes are sold directly by Stagecoach through AXS and are guaranteed by the festival. The Stagecoach payment is available on AXS Premium passes and prices are subject to change at any time.

Payment Plan Details

• Advance sale payment plan available through 9/1/26
• Payment Plans are available for all orders over $100 while supplies last!
• PayPal payment method not available for Payment Plan.
• $34 flat fee for payment plan option for the Advance Sale.
• You may pay in full if you do not want to use the payment plan.
• You must select the payment plan during the checkout process.
• If you miss this, you'll be charged in full. There will be no account adjustments.
• Exact payment amounts may vary by a few cents due to rounding, but the total due will not exceed order total.
• Payments are automated and may take up to 72 hours to process.
• Please wait for your payment to process. If you make a manual payment during this time, the automatic payment may still process, resulting in a double charge.
• No refunds, cancellations or exchanges.
• Please Note: Your order will not be eligible for upgrade until it has been paid in full. (pending availability)

• If your payment is declined, you will have a 10-day grace period to pay. If payment is not received by the 10th day after the initial charge is due, your order may be canceled at any time, even if later scheduled payments are successfully completed.
• For any order that defaults on their payment plan, all money will be issued as a Stagecoach Credit via FanAccount. Please note, the funds will expire 12 months from time of issuance.
• Defaulting on payments may result in cancellation of your order and all money paid issued as a Stagecoach Credit that can be used toward future Stagecoach purchases. Credit expires 12 months from issuance. No exceptions.
• It is your responsibility to manage your payment plan and to check your credit card and bank statements for charges. Take screen shots!

It is your responsibility to make sure you have a valid shipping address on file for your order(s). You may add, update or change this in your Stagecoach FanAccount after your purchase is complete until the update shipping deadline. You must do this for each individual order you place.

• Stagecoach will be shipping via UPS Mail Innovations.
• Your order will not ship unless it has been paid in full.
• Orders placed separately are shipped separately.
• An email with tracking information will be generated and emailed to you when your order is packed.
• Please also check your spam folder.
• Signature is not required for delivery.
• Orders unable to be delivered under any circumstances (lost/stolen/errors/forgot/dog scared the postman away/aliens/returned to sender) must be picked up at Will Call.
• Orders picked up at the Will Call/Box office must be picked up by the original purchaser (the name on the account). Please keep that in mind when ordering.
  • No name changes allowed.
  • No Alternative box office pick ups allowed. No exceptions.
  • Do not place orders for or on behalf of others, unless you are able to pick it up yourself in case anything goes wrong with delivery.
• Delivery fees will not be refunded for undelivered orders.
• Orders will not be re-shipped/shipped twice under any circumstances.
• “Returned to Sender” may choose a one-time reshipment offer for a fee of $16 up until our shipment cut off.

  • Order must have arrived back to shipping sender before this option becomes available.
  • No guarantee re-shipment and may still require will call pick up.
• Festival passes may be shipped in one complimentary commemorative package per wristband order (not per pass or wristband). Type of packaging and the condition of the package is not guaranteed. Packaging is not considered part of the order and not utilized for non-admission items including Resort passes ordered separately.

• $16 fee for Domestic or International Postage and Shipping will be added to each order.
• Delivery fees will not be refunded for undelivered orders via the mail or for orders that are delivered/set to will call.
• The last day to update your shipping address is 3/3/27.

• Shipping will start sometime in mid to late March and will take a few weeks to complete. We appreciate your patience.
• Last day to place an order to be shipped is 4/9/27 for domestic and 3/27/27 for international.
• International customers will also have the option to choose Will Call pick up at time of purchase.
• We recommend international travelers choose the Will Call option if you intend to travel prior to 4/12/26.

• Physical Government-issued photo ID and order confirmation are required for Will Call pick up.
• Orders assigned/changed/ending up at Will Call must be picked up at the box office by the original purchaser (the name on the account).
• Absolutely no name changes allowed. No Alternative box office pick ups allowed. No exceptions.
• There is NO will call/box office for order pick up at the venue.
• You must go to the Indian Wells Tennis Garden.
• You will be turned away if you arrive at the festival grounds without your wristband on your wrist.
