Payment Plan Info

NEW for 2020. Low down payment of only $25 per *order to start!

In order to utilize the Payment Plan you must turn on the Payment Plan in your shopping cart. If you miss this, you are paying in full. There will be no account adjustments.
No interest.
Divide your order total into seven (7) payments, July 2019 - January 2020.
Exact payment amounts may vary due to rounding.
Defaulting on payments will result in cancellation of your order and a $50 restocking fee. No exceptions. It is your responsibility to manage your Payment Plan and to check your credit card and bank statements for charges.
You will have a 10-day grace period to pay. If payment is not received by the 10th day after the initial charge is run, your order will be cancelled.
You may pay in full if you do not want to use the Payment Plan.
Automated payments may take up to 72 hours to process.
First payment is due when placing order.
Six (6) subsequent monthly payments will be automatically deducted through January 2020 on the same day as the original order date.
Payment Plan is available for all orders. ($100 minimum order required.)
*Travel packages require 10% down.

Due to rounding, exact payment amounts may vary by up to 2 cents per payment, however total due will not exceed the order total.

A single wristband granting access to the festival for all three (3) days. You may wander from stage to stage and experience other activities such as the Honkytonk Dance Hall, Half-Pint Hootenanny, delicious BBQ and more. There are various shaded areas with places to sit down and enjoy a meal or rest from roaming throughout the day.

Access to standing room only pit area in front of Mane Stage.

Access to the Saloons adjacent to the Mane Stage featuring extra shade, picnic tables, couches, additional restrooms, food & beverage vendors and a full cash bar.
Full access to General Admission areas.
Closest viewing area for the Mane Stage.
No chairs, blankets or sitting allowed in Corral Standing Pit.

Preferred Parking $89 + fees

Located on the north side of the festival.
Alternate venue entrance point.
No tailgating.
No overnight parking.

Cars left after 2:00am will be towed.

Companion Camping Parking $55 + fees

One (1) overnight parking space for a second vehicle of additional campers.
Limit four (4) per order.
Lot is separate from Car Camping area.
Only overnight parking allowed at Stagecoach.
No camping or tailgating in this lot.
Good entire weekend (Thu 8:00am - Mon 10:00am).
Must be wearing a RESORT wristband and FESTIVAL PASS to access this lot.

Safari Camping

Choose between a powered RV spot or furnished, air-conditioned Shikar-style tent tucked behind the festival venue on this exclusive on-site campground. Visit Valley Music Travel for full details.

Hotel Travel Packages

Bundle local resort accommodations with two (2) or four (4) people, plus your choice of 3-Day Corral Pit, C1 and C2 Corral Reserved or General Admission passes and Any Line Shuttle transportation for your group. Available exclusively through Valley Music Travel.

Any Line Shuttle Pass $70 + fees

Save a horse, ride a shuttle! Hop aboard the shuttle line of your choice and ride between any participating stop and the festival in comfort and style all weekend long. Available via Valley Music Travel. Festival passes must be purchased separately.

Getting Your Passes (Shipping/Will Call)

Details regarding shipping/delivery/will call will be posted on the 2020 version of stagecoachfestival.com

Orders will not be re-shipped under any circumstances.
Orders unable to be delivered under any circumstances (lost/stolen/errors/forgot/dog scared the postman away/aliens/returned to sender) must be picked up at Will Call.
Passes at Will Call must be picked up by the person whose name appears on the original order. No name changes allowed!
Government-issued photo ID and order confirmation are required for Will Call pick up.
$10 for Domestic Shipping.
$25 for all International shipping.
International customers will have the option to choose Will Call at time of purchase.

The Resort

General Resort Info

Resort and ADA guest may go in/out between The Resort and Venue.
Free showers, toilets and handwashing stations.
Free water refill stations.
Food & Drink vendors and General Store.
Amenities, activities, food & drink and additional rules & details to be added.
Guests in The Resort may move freely between all RV and Car Camping areas on foot or bicycle.

General Resort Rules

Resort wristband and festival wristband required for entry into The Resort.
Resort hours Thu 8:00am - Mon 10:00am
Limit one (1) RV or Car Camping site per billing, household or customer ticketing account.
RV and Car Camping sites are non-transferable.
Car Camping, Power RV and Dry RV sites are separated.
Person whose name is on the original order must be present when checking in, no exceptions.
All Resort attendees must be 18 years of age or older with proper ID or accompanied by a parent.
Resort vehicle lockdown, no entry or exit Fri - Sun 9:00pm-2:00am.
Selling or attempting to re-sell your Resort site or Resort wristbands may result in cancellation of the order at any time without notice.

RV Info & Rules

RV sites require an RV/Trailer/Motorhome.
RV sites are 20’ x 50’ in size.
Eight (8) Resort wristbands will be issued per RV site.
Limit of eight (8) Stagecoach attendees per RV site. (Kids 10 and under are not counted towards the limit.)
Tow vehicles are not allowed to park in your RV site. You must unhook and park in designated Tow Vehicle Parking lot (No additional fee/No ins & outs permitted).
Resort RV decal MUST be visibly placed on sleeping vehicle. Tow vehicle will be issued a separate Tow Vehicle Parking decal upon check-in.
Only vehicles made for sleeping allowed.
Person whose name is on the original order must be present when checking in and have the proper paperwork:
RV OWNER: Proof of registration, valid ID, wearing a Resort wristband and festival wristband.
RV RENTER: Rental company service agreement. Renter on the agreement must be present with valid ID, wearing a Resort wristband and festival wristband.
RV BORROWER: Permission letter from registered owner. Copy of registered owners’ registration and valid ID. RV space purchaser must be named on permission slip and be present at check-in with valid ID, wearing a Resort wristband and festival wristband.
Each Power RV site must have 50-75 feet of electrical cord to reach the power source. Check the length that comes with your RV and extend the cord accordingly.
You can purchase RV power extension cords at the General Store in The Resort or at Camping World, Premium RV in La Habra, McMahons RV, AdventureRV.net, Giant RV, or any other RV supply store.
No saving spaces. Arrive together to camp together (if in the same lot) No exceptions.
2020 site purchasers will receive priority to purchase a 2021 site.
There will be roaming potable water trucks and pumping trucks (additional charges apply).
Resort RV Sites are on a yearly renewal program.
ATTENTION 2019 RV SITE PURCHASERS: Renewal emails will be deployed on Wed. July 17th. Please refer to it for details, order deadlines and information about your option to purchase your RV site for 2020. Check your spam folder. Stagecoach is not responsible for failed/blocked/misdelivered/bounced email delivery.

Car Camping Info & Rules

10’ x 30’ site.
Set up your tent(s) next to your car.
Four (4) Resort wristbands will be issued per spot.
There is a limit of four (4) Stagecoach attendees per Car Camping site. (Kids 10 and under are not counted towards the limit.)
Car Camping Sites require a car in the site.
Limit one (1) car per site.
You must have a standard passenger car, truck or van. No motorcycles, RVs, tent trailers, trailers, motorhomes, busses or U-Haul trucks will be allowed in Car Camping. Still can’t figure out what kind of vehicle you’re allowed to bring? See some additional examples
Once parked, your car stays put for the entire weekend. Site forfeited upon exit.
No saving spaces. Arrive together to camp together. No exceptions.
