Guy’s Stagecoach Smokehouse is bringing the nation’s finest BBQ pit bosses to serve up mouth-watering BBQ from all over the nation. Enjoy some of the country's most celebrated restaurants and BBQ vendors with different styles from Cali to Tennessee to Georgia. Learn about this year’s pit masters below and get an idea of what tasty delights they’ll be sampling.
Think dazzling sauces and savory rubs! Guy and friends will be showcasing their pits and rigs and offering taste tests to fans all throughout the weekend with live demos.
Located within the festival grounds, this BBQ experience will also include a full bar, multiple delicious BBQ vendors (details coming soon!) and a shaded seating area.

APL Restaurant
Adam Perry Lang has made his mark across the country, traveling with his smoker, but his latest venture APL Restaurant is based in Los Angeles. He'll be cooking up some pulled pork over the weekend.
Martin's Bar-B-Que Joint
Pat Martin of Martin’s Bar-B-Que Joint in Nashville brings West Tennessee whole-hog barbecue to the desert this year. Come try their Whole Hog Sandwich featuring hickory smoked meat, topped with slaw and Pat’s signature Jack’s Creek sauce.
Road Kill Grill
Chuck will be making slow-smoked beef, hand crafted Vegas-made hot link sausage slathered in a tangy sauce, topped with a mild slaw, nestled in a golden brown slider roll. Sweet, savory and fragrantly smoked, this spicy sampling is truly a pit-driven experience.
Fox Bros BBQ
Born and bred in Texas, the Fox Bros know how to cook beef. The twin brothers’ restaurant located in Atlanta, Georgia helped put beef on the map deep down in the South!
Disaster relief non-profit Operation BBQ provides hot BBQ meals to those affected and the first responders after disaster strikes. From North Carolina to Florida, they have served approximately 3 million hot meals since 2011.
