Pass Options


A single wristband granting access to the festival all 3 days. You may wander from stage to stage and experience other activities such as the HonkyTonk Dance Hall, Half-Pint Hootenanny, delicious BBQ & more. There are various shaded areas with places to sit down and enjoy a meal or rest from roaming around throughout the day. Your wristband is good for all 3 days and void if tampered with or removed. Sorry no re-entry unless you’re also wearing a Stagecoach RV RESORT wristband.

Access to the Saloon, a special area adjacent to the Mane Stage featuring shaded areas, picnic tables, couches, extra restrooms, food & beverage vendors and a full cash bar.

Companion Parking

Overnight companion vehicle parking pass for visitors of RV RESORT camping party, driving separately from the RV they are staying in. In proximity to RV RESORT.  LOCK DOWN HOURS: No vehicle entry or exit from 9pm – 1am Fri – Sun. Times are subject to change based on pedestrian safety and traffic flow.

This lot is for parking only/NO camping.  Limit 2 per household order. RV RESORT campers may go on foot in/out from venue to this lot during the festival. Parking pass is good all 3 days.


Daytime Parking

NO Tailgating – NO OVERNIGHT parking – Open 9:00am. Cars left after 2am will be towed.

Getting Your Order

Shipping / Will Call
  • Orders will not be re-shipped / shipped twice under any circumstances.
  • Orders unable to be delivered under any circumstances  (lost/stolen/errors/forgot/dog scared the postman away/aliens/returned to sender)  will be required to be picked up at will call by the original purchaser.
  • No alternate box office/will call pick ups allowed.  Whoever may have to pick up the package is whose name should be on the order.
  • State/Gov’t issued Photo ID & order confirmation of original purchaser are required for will call pick up.
  • $20 additional for Canada/Mexico shipping.
  • $25 additional for all other International shipping.
  • International customers will have option to choose will call at time of purchase.
  • For international travelers we recommend choosing the WILL CALL option if you intend to travel prior to Feb. 15, 2017.
  • Shipping will start in early to mid Feb and will take a few weeks to complete. *
  • Stagecoach we will be shipping via UPS Mail Innovations. *
  • Signature is not required for delivery.
  • An email with tracking will be generated and emailed to you when your order is packed.
  • Separately placed orders are shipped separately.  Remember it will take a few weeks to get all the orders out.
  • Deadline to change shipping address is Feb. 1.
  • Last day to place a domestic order to be shipped is April 18th and April 6th for International.

The Will Call / Box office will be located at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden.

You MUST come to the box office BEFORE attempting to enter the festival grounds. You will be turned away if you arrive within a square mile of the festival grounds without your festival wristband on your wrist.

Original purchaser must present valid photo ID, order confirmation and credit card used for purchase to pick up the order.

No alternate name pick ups allowed.  No exceptions.

Free parking is available at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden however no overnight parking is allowed.
