You can't sell your tickets for more than face value on this site. It's actually illegal. You need to sell them for the price that they sold for originally.

I have heard prices when up above 200+fees and stuff. So it it very possible tickets where 250 each

I'm pretty sure the most expensive GA pass comes out to about $230
