tailgating in the parking lot?

I feel like I know this is a "no" but I can't find an answer on the site. Obviously parking and drinking in the parking lot is allowed because we do it every year but are you allowed to barbecue with a little grill?

we wanted to get there early and grill some food and drink before going in but I have a feeling we will be shut down lol.

any help???

I am thinking with all the Dodger/SF fallout recently with that poor man who got beaten to just about death because of stupid bullies who don't know how to control themselves we will see fallout for all the events in California for awhile. No more fun to be had because people don't know how to keep their mouth shut if they don't agree with a team or event or performer.

I have to agree imamom1st. Out of 50000 peeps only a few bad apples. Arrests are under double digits if I am not mistaken at SC each year. It's those few bad apples at each event that keep stripping the rest of us from some fun, good music and good times.

We will be in ED2 as well. I will have my bar open and gas barbeque going. The party is always in ED2 and not the parking lots. Join us in ED2.

aw u guys are so nice and sweet! i will bringing my brother (who is a stagecoach virgin) by boyfriend and a new friend so 2 girls and 2 guys. im def a lurker on here but but i guess now is as good as any to meet friends and party right??? im going over to give my info for the spreadsheet right now! you guys are awesome!

K i'm a little concerned, we stay at a hotel and usually do a little (drinking) tailgating, in the lot. Now Im seeing, NO tailgating. 5th year "Stagecoacher" and no tailgating! so sad. Not sure we can roll our "beverages" to the camping area to hang with you all!

All parking facilities have to say and advertise "no tailgating" for legal reasons. Some facilities really enforce that rule and others, not so much as long as you and your group keep on the low down.

So far I would assume that what you have done in the past at Stagecoach is still good to go (I have not heard any different).
