Visitor InfoRV POLICY
NEW FOR 2012 - ADDITIONAL OVERNIGHT CAMPING PARKING
Overnight RV/Car Companion Vehicle Parking Pass $30 (+ applicable charges) – This pass is for anyone who is arriving separately from the RV/Car camping spot they are sleeping in and will allow for a safe secure overnight parking spot. This lot will be 100% locked down with no chance of entering or exiting between 9pm - 1am, Friday - Sunday nights. With your RV/Car Companion Vehicle Parking Pass you will be free to drive in and out of this lot at all other times. If you do not return before the lock down times you will be directed to general day parking and will have to move your car after 1am. Remember, no vehicles are allowed in/out of the RV campgrounds. NO EXCEPTIONS. You can only purchase this parking pass in the same order with a festival pass. These overnight vehicle parking passes are not sold alone. This is not a camping lot, it is only for overnight vehicle parking. This means YOU can not camp in this lot.
PLEASE BE ADVISED: No vehicles other than the RV you are
sleeping in are allowed into the campground. This includes any vehicle
not towing a trailer/5th wheel. If you leave, there are no RV ins/outs
regardless if you have a campsite or not. If you're towing a
trailer/5th wheel and decide to unhook and drive that vehicle outside of
camping, it will not be allowed back into camping. It must be parked in
the companion vehicle lot (if space is still available). This is for
the safety of all campers.
No RVs will be allowed into the campgrounds outside of campground hours.
Campgrounds are open during the following designated hours:
Thu 4/26: 8am - 2am
Fri 4/27: 8am - 9pm
Sat 4/28: 8am - 9pm
Sun 4/29: 8am - 3pm
There is absolutely NO re-entry. If you leave the grounds with your RV, you will not be allowed back onto the grounds.
You must present a valid RV camping pass in order to park your RV in the campgrounds.
Everyone in the RV must have on their valid festival wristband that will be scanned upon entry into the camping perimeter. If anyone is found in the campgrounds without a valid festival wristband, they will be escorted off of the grounds.
You may not park a vehicle other than your RV in your camping space unless that vehicle is towing a non-motorized RV (ex: 5th-Wheel).
Your RV must fit into a 20x50 spot. If any part of your RV does not fit into your space you will be required to adjust or possibly remove your RV from the campgrounds.
If you tow your RV behind another vehicle:
You may park your RV and the vehicle that is towing your RV in your designated 20x50 spot If and Only if both vehicles fit within the outline of the designated spot. If any part of any vehicle crosses the outline of your designated spot, you will be required to re-set your vehicles. If you are unable to fit all parts of both vehicles within your spot, you will be required to remove one of the vehicles from the site.
If you choose to un-hook your RV from the vehicle by which it is being towed and drive the vehicle off-site for any reason, the vehicle will not be allowed back onto the festival grounds to pick up your RV until Sunday after 3PM. There is absolutely no exit and re-entry for any RVs or vehicles that tow RVs. If you do not purchase an RV Companion Vehicle Parking Pass and you drive the vehicle that you used to tow your RV out of the campgrounds, you will have a very difficult time finding a place to park your vehicle over-night. Please also note that vehicles left in the day-parking lots after 2AM will be towed.
If you tow another vehicle or trailer behind your RV:
Vehicles towed behind your RV are not allowed into the campgrounds. If your RV is towing a vehicle you must unhook and park the towed vehicle in companion parking before entering the campgrounds. Please note that YOU WILL NEED TO PURCHASE a companion vehicle parking pass. (Please see the "Companion Vehicles / Overnight Parking" section below). If you are towing a trailer (NON MOTORIZED VEHICLE) behind your RV, you must fit both your RV and Trailer within the allotted 20x50 campsite space. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Golf carts, dune buggies, off road motorcycles, segways, horses, etc of any kind will not be allowed on the premises, or in companion parking. NO EXCEPTIONS.
If you plan on having your RV Delivered to the site:
If you are planning on having your RV delivered, the party (the delivery person, the person who is) delivering your RV will be required to produce your RV Camping Pass. If the delivery person does not have a valid RV camping pass they will be turned-away. Once delivered the delivery person will be escorted back to tollbooths to await their ride out of the festival grounds. Do not give the RV rental company (or delivery person) your general admission festival wristband; instead they must produce your RV Camping Pass in order to successfully complete delivery.
The delivering person will be responsible for communicating to you exactly where your RV is located once it has been parked. Please understand that festival staff will not be able to direct you to your RV if it is delivered in advance of your arrival. RVs will NOT be allowed on site outside of official campground hours. If an RV rental company/delivery person tries to deliver your RV outside of campground hours, they will be turned away. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Campgrounds are open during the following designated hours:

the show. Any vehicles or RVs left on site after this time will be towed at the
openers expense. Stagecoach is not responsible for RVs, vehicles, or personal
equipment that is left unattended at any time (in other words, if you leave the
festival on Sunday night and the delivery person arrives on Monday but your RV is
missing, this is between you and the delivery person).
Companion Vehicles (Overnight Parking for additional vehicles)
There is a designated lot for companion-vehicles, which allows you to park overnight in an area away from your RV. All vehicles that park in this area will require a Companion Vehicle Parking Pass.
A companion vehicle can come and go freely from the companion lot with the exception of a designated lock-down period each night.
