EL DORADO 1
El Dorado 1 is an all ages campground and offers the highest quality of RV camping located closest to the venue entrance and cyber tent.

NO SAVING SPACES - Arrive together to camp together.

It is also the only camp area that offers electrical hook ups for the entire area (30 & 50 amps). Only a Limited # of 50 amp hook ups are available to purchase and will sell out fast!

The Eldorado 1 (30) amp 125 volt power.

If your vehicle exceeds your 30 amp power limit and pops the breaker, you potentially may affect two of your neighbor's power. If your vehicle exceeds the 30 amp 110 volt limit , you will be warned and the breaker will be re-set. After a second offense of over amperage on a 30 amp breaker, you will be disconnected from the El Dorado Power grid with no refund. Please bring your own extension cord.

The Eldorado 1 (50) amp 220 volt power.

If your vehicle exceeds your 50 amp power limit and pops the breaker, you potentially may affect two of your neighbor's power. If your vehicle exceeds the 50 amp 220 volt limit , you will be warned and the breaker will be re-set. After a second offense of over amperage on a 50 amp breaker, you will be disconnected from the El Dorado Power grid with no refund.  Please bring your own extension cord.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the close proximity of the festival entrance, vehicles are not permitted to enter or exit El Dorado 1 between the hours of 10pm and 12:30am on Saturday and Sunday for pedestrian traffic safety.

ADA RV CAMPING IS LOCATED IN EL DORADO 1

This area will also contain the *ADA ACCESSIBLE section. To camp ADA you must have a state-issued accessible permit.

Then click on "request accessible tickets" from that page.  For number of "seats" that means SPOTS so only choose 1 for one spot.  And for price you must fill in $850/750 or 250 for no power. A Ticketmaster customer service rep will then contact you. You can choose full El Dorado 1 amenity packages as explained below or pick the option for NO power at the price of $250.  You can fit as many people into your RV.  They must all have festival tickets.

$750 (+ applicable charges) - Includes one 20x50 RV space, 30amp electrical and camping amenities. You may fit as many people into your RV as you like.  Everyone camping in your RV must have a festival ticket.
$850 (+ applicable charges) - Includes one 20x50 RV space, 50amp electrical and camping amenities. You may fit as many people into your RV as you like.  Everyone camping in your RV must have a festival ticket.

$150 (+ applicable charges) - vehicle pass. Only cars/trucks with a vehicle pass will be allowed to re-enter El Dorado 1 after your initial check in. This pass can only be purchased along with an RV spot. If you don't plan to exit and re-enter with your car/truck THAT IS TOWING THE TRAILER, then you don't need to purchase this pass. ALL RV’s/MOTORHOMES TOWING A CAR BEHIND THAT YOU PLAN ON PARKING WITHIN YOUR RV SPACE MUST HAVE A VEHICLE PASS. OTHERWISE THE CAR MUST BE DETACHED AND CAN PARK IN THE FREE TOW PARKING LOT. (PLEASE NOTE: RV's will not be allowed back into the campground once they leave).

INTERNATIONAL
International is a "family" oriented campground and will enforce a strict noise curfew. This will accommodate fewer vehicles making your experience more intimate. There are no electrical hook ups.

Types of tickets for INTERNATIONAL:
$500 (+ applicable charges) - Includes one 20x50 RV space & camping amenities. You may fit as many people into your RV as you like.  Everyone camping in your RV must have a festival ticket.
$150 (+ applicable charges) - vehicle pass. Only cars/trucks with a vehicle pass will be allowed to re-enter International after your initial check in. This pass can only be purchased along with an RV spot. If you don't plan to exit and re-enter with your car/truck THAT IS TOWING THE TRAILER, then you don't need to purchase this pass. ALL RV’s/MOTORHOMES TOWING A CAR BEHIND THAT YOU PLAN ON PARKING WITHIN YOUR RV SPACE MUST HAVE A VEHICLE PASS. OTHERWISE THE CAR MUST BE DETACHED AND CAN PARK IN THE FREE TOW PARKING LOT. EL DORADO 2
El Dorado 2 is a more cost effective campground geared towards people that may like to celebrate a bit later than others. Although we have an enforced curfew in other sites, this area is recommended for those younger that can be active and louder after the show. There are no electrical hook ups.

$250 (+ applicable charges) - Includes one 20x50 RV space and camping amenities. You may fit as many people into your RV as you like.  Everyone camping in your RV must have a festival ticket.

Stick and Ball is another cost effective campground geared towards people that may like to celebrate a bit later than others. Although we have an enforced curfew in other sites, this area is recommended for those younger that can be active and louder after the show. There are no electrical hook ups.

GENERAL CAMPING (non RV)

NEW FOR 2010: Spots are what is being sold.  Each CAMP SPOT is HUGE - a 10x30 (300 square feet!!) spot on a beautiful serene grassy area offering quiet private surroundings. All camping amenities included. You can visit any of the other RV areas too. You can fit as many people into your tent as will fit. Each camper must have a festival ticket.

General camping spots are $100 each. (+ applicable charges).

MORE INFO / RULES / Q'S & A'S BELOW

* All RVs, trailers & other such vehicles must be classified as a "vehicle made for sleeping" to enter RV camping.   * Each RV Sleeping vehicle will get a 20x50 square foot area.
* Tow vehicle lot available to park tow vehicles, guest campers' vehicles and extra cars towed behind.   * You will see signs directing you to camping Will Call and Check in as you approach the polo field. See map above.
* Camping opens 4/22 at 6pm and is only open for check in & will call pick up during the following designated hours:
Thu 4/22: 6pm - Midnight
Fri 4/23 & Sat 4/24: 8am - 1am
Sun 4/25 8am - close of festival / Monday - Check out by 10am
Due to the close proximity of the festival entrance, Vehicles are not permitted to Enter or exit El Dorado 1 between the hours of 10pm an12:30am on Saturday and Sunday for pedestrian traffic safety.

CENTER CAMP
The middle of El Dorado 1 will offer an information tent, lost and found and general store that will be open from 6pm on Thursday for 24 hours. Then from 7am-2am. (hours subject to change)
  CYBER CAFE
Also located at Center Camp, this area will feature free Wifi (yes so bring your laptop), cell phone recharging, 1 printing station and a laptop-check for safe keeping. Open from thur. 6pm-1am, fri-sat 8am - 1am & sun 8am - 10am
**** ONSITE CAMPING RULES ****
* No personal ATV's, Golf Carts or motorized recreational vehicles.   * No alcohol, glass containers, weapons, drug paraphernalia or drugs or allowed
* All campers must be 18 years of age or older or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.   * Venue is not responsible for any materials misplaced, lost or stolen.
* Each camper must have a festival ticket (over age 10)   * No pets allowed
* Campers are expected to behave in a manner that is courteous to other campers. Noise curfew is at 2:00am (except for El Dorado 2).   * Feel free to bring your own food and beverages into the camping area, however no open fires, gas, charcoal, or any other cooking devices are allowed outside. No outdoor cooking.
* All campers are subject to search upon entry

How do I get tickets?
All camping tickets are available through all Ticketmaster.com or charge by phone (layaway not available via phone). For a list of charge by phone numbers click here. Scroll up for other ticket links. Bring your ticket to check into onsite camping.  Wristbands will be issued at that time.
When / How about Checking into the campground?
The following designated hours are for checking into onsite camping:
Thu 4/22 : 6pm - Midnight
Fri 4/23: 6am - 1am
Sat 4/24 8am - 1am
Sun 4/25 8am - close of festival
Monday - Check out by 10am

Can we/How can we camp next to each other if we are not arriving together?
We're sorry but there are no saving spots for friends. You should travel together and arrive together to be placed near each other.

DELIVERED RV?? I have someone delivering my rv.. I am coming later/the next day. How is that going to work? I am nervous.
Don't be nervous. We're going to post a ton more details about deliveries. Whether you're renting an rv and having it delivered or your husband/friend/family member is delivering for you but not going. Check back in a month or so.

If I am TENT camping, what size tent can we bring/how much space do we get?
If you buy a spot, the size is 10x30 (300 square feet!!) . Whatever/whoever fits into that spot! Everyone must have a ticket to the festival though.

I don't want to buy a vehicle pass, where can I park my 5th wheel or extra car towed behind my rig if I exit the RV area?
You can park them in the tow vehicle lot . Check back for directions/map.
Where do all the people I am fitting into my RV or TENT park for the weekend?

Will there be a lost and found for Onsite Camping?
Yes, Onsite Camping lost and found will be located inside the Center Camp of El Dorado 1.
Will there be free bathrooms/showers? Handicap accessible? Private?
Yes, there will free bathrooms and free showers available. Separate M/F trailers (with individual privacy) and there will be handicap accessible facilities for both as well.
Are There Showers? What hours can you use the showers?
Yes there are showers, they are free and they are open:
Friday: 6am-3pm & 6pm-2am
Saturday: 6am-3pm & 6pm-2am
Sunday: 6am-3pm & 6pm-2am

Can I bring food/beverages/chairs & a cooler into the campground?
Yes, excluding alcohol or glass bottles.

Will there be a place for me to buy coffee or get hot water?
There will be a coffee vendor in the food area.
Will there be electrical outlets?
There will be cell phone charging stations in the Cyber Cafe in El Dorado 1. The shower trailers will also have electrical outlets.
Where is the closest ATM?
Each camping area will have ATM(S).
Can I bring my bicycle?
Yes. Find parking/locking area at your own risk.
Can I bring the family to camp?
All campers must be 18 years of age or older or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Every camper must have a Festival ticket. Kids 10 & under are free with legal guardian. Get a wristband on site for your 10 or under aged child.
Are generators allowed into the onsite RV camping ?
Generators that are used to power your RV or camper are allowed.
Where is the nearest Gas Station and/or offsite food place?
There is a gas station about 3.6 miles away, Monroe & hwy 111. Going down Monroe towards 111 there is a drug store even closer. There are several food places up and down hwy 111.

Is that all I need to know?
Some of the information here may be updated as the festival approaches or as situations change. It is advisable to check for updates regularly or at least close to the festival before you head out.
