NEW FOR 2013: Stagecoach RV Resort Onsite Camping
In order to provide a more intimate, personal and comfortable camping experience, Stagecoach is introducing a new approach to RV Camping called STAGECOACH RV RESORT.
TO BE CONSIDERED FOR A SPOT YOU WERE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT A FORMAL APPLICATION PRIOR TO MONDAY, 10/15/12 AT 10AM PST.
STAGECOACH RV RESORT BENEFITS:
- Once approved, you will be guaranteed the opportunity to purchase an RV spot and festival passes in future years*.
- Campers may freely roam between the concert venue & RV Resort during festival hours (In & Out privileges)
- Safe and secure area adjacent to the venue entrance, not accessible by non campers.

During the application process you will be required to provide a copy of the following documents:
- Proof of RV Registration (no rentals allowed)
- Proof of RV Insurance
- RV License Plate Number
- Driver's License of RV Owner (must match registration)
Please note: the owner of the RV must be present at check in with a festival pass. No drop offs allowed. No rentals. Space is non-transferable. Please review our RV Policy.
You may submit documents with the online application via email to: rvapp@stagecoachfestival.com or via fax to: 323-927-1942. Please reference STAGECOACH RV RESORT with your emailed or faxed documentation. The application deadline is 10am PST on Monday, October 15, 2012. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
If approved, you will be notified via phone and/or email on or before October 18th with detailed instructions on how to complete your transaction.

- General store filled with almost anything you might need or want

- Potable Water Trucks (additional charges may apply)
- Pumping Trucks (additional charges may apply)
- Supermarket Shuttles - If there is something you need missing from the onsite general store or farmers market, hop on our free shuttles to the local supermarket. RUNNING ON SATURDAY 7am - 1pm. lot 4b.

ABOUT COMPANION PARKING:
Back for 2013 - Overnight companion vehicle parking pass. This pass is for anyone in your RV camping party who is arriving separately than the RV they are sleeping in and will allow for a safe secure overnight parking spot. Lot is located adjacent to the Stagecoach RV Resort. There are no vehicle ins/outs to this lot. Once you park you're there until you leave. Once your vehicle exits it will not be allowed back into this lot. This lot is for parking vehicles only. There is no camping in this parking lot. You must purchase this pass in the same order with a festival pass. Limit TWO per household. Campers may go in/out from venue to this lot during the festival.
*No vehicle entry from 9pm-12am Fri-Sun
