The box office will be open:
Wednesday, April 24th: 2pm-8pm
Thursday, April 25th: 9am-9pm
Friday, April 26th: 8am-9pm
Saturday, April 27th: 9am-8pm
Sunday, April 28th: 10am-5pm
Please note if you are picking up will call you must come to the box office BEFORE attempting to make it to the festival grounds – you will be turned away if you do not arrive at the festival grounds with your festival wristband on your wrist. A valid photo ID and the credit card used to purchase your passes are required at the time you pick-up your passes. Free parking is available at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden for those picking up their passes or taking a shuttle to the festival. No overnight parking is allowed.
If you have ONLY a shuttle pass that you need to pick up at will call (meaning you already have all of your festival passes), please bring to your stop your valid photo ID, the credit card used to purchase your passes and your order confirmation. Your confirmation will allow you on to the shuttle. You will pick up your shuttle card once you arrive onsite at the Shuttle Will Call.
All Travel Package will call sold through Valley Music Travel will be available for pick up at your hotel.
Shuttles run from 11am until 60 minutes after the music ends each night. Be sure to get your shuttle card from the shuttle will call as soon as you get off the shuttle so you have no problems getting home.
If you are picking up an order for someone else you must present the following: your valid photo ID, a copy of the purchaser’s valid photo ID, a copy of the credit card used to purchase the passes (front and back; all digits must be visible) and a signed note from the purchaser authorizing you to pick up their passes.
