Hello everyone!!! We would like to invite all of you guys to come over to Papa's Smokehouse BBQ during Stagecoach this year...we will be open 3pm on Friday, and Noon on Saturday and Sunday. We'll be selling full plates of food...Ribs (we won People's Choice for Ribs at last year's Stagecoach), Pulled Pork, and Beef Brisket (yes, it's more tender than tri-tip) Sandwiches..and we include our sandwiches and ribs with coleslaw and baked beans for $10.00!!! We're hoping you guys come on by and see us, you can't miss us...we are the "big yellow trailer". There will be a lot of other choices for you to buy BBQ, and during the People's Choice (12p-5p)you can buy tickets to "sample" BBQ, then you get to cast your vote for the best BBQ at the event.....but rest assured, as far as feeding you guys...we'll be open and never run out of food!! We didn't run out last year, either! We are in a better spot, like Thom said, on the NE corner....so you can't miss us!!! See you at Stagecoach!!

The People's Choice is the best way to taste BBQ from over 40 competitors. You pay $10 for 5 taste tickets (You can purchase more if you like), then go around and each team who's BBQ you want to try, you give them a ticket and they give you a small sample of BBQ. You can really experience some great BBQ this way.

The AZBarbeque team was the only team last year to place in every category the entire weekend and we took 2nd Place in People's Choice Ribs, so come on out and say, "Hello" and enjoy some great BBQ.

That's another perk of BBQ competitions, there are just so many things you can say...

We feel like a Home Grown Team we are out there so much, but we are coming in from Arizona and can't wait to see everyone again this year. Last year everyone was so friendly and great and I'm sure it will be more of the same this year.

Last year, AZ BBQ was the best...hands down. We tried all of them and they were all good but AZ BBQ was our group favorite!
