I kinda wish I was cause that's where the party seems to be. I suggested it to my friend to rent an RV etc but was talked out of it.

the only way to get your money's worth out of renting is to actually travel in them...i looked at doing this awhile ago and most places have a 4 day minimum and run above $1,000 for that time, then factor in gas costs, etc. and it is pretty expensive for 4 days of sitting in it. luckily we have quite a few friends with rides when we need them.

we should PM cell #s to each other so we can text and rendez-vous. don't know if i'll be there as early as 1:00 on friday for the PBR, but i'll try. PLUS i only have GA tix for friday night so won't be able to get into VIP area til saturday. any other thoughts? i didn't have VIP last year so i have no idea what's back there.

if you have 2 day vip tickets then you also have it for friday, don't you, since it's just a wristband? at least access to the vip area.

the paper that came with it says wristband must be accompanied by a ticket. i'm assuming they mean a reserved seat ticket, but i'll try it anyway.

COUNTRY GURL - if you're listening, can you tell us if you can get into VIP friday night if you have a wristband but only GA ticket? (wristband is for Sat/Sun reserved seat tix)

i am just talking about the vip area behind the fence where the bar, bathrooms, and food is, not the vip seating area.

i'm guessing they will only be looking at the band for access to that area, it is usually too chaotic to look at much else, especially at night. if they had to confirm everyone had a wristband and a ticket it would be a giant clusterf**k, especially with how small the print on the tickets is.

if not, i may be able to send one of the regular vip bands down to you for friday access.

p.s. - that girl on the left in your avatar pic looks like a girl i know named amy, at least if i squint really hard it does...just made me do a double take.
