Are all the surrounding rooms sold out???

There are still Camping and tent passes available at Stagecoach.

Last year I stayed at Sam's Family Spa and it wasn't too expensive. 50 mile drive but NO traffic.

This year I booked my hotel room before the tickets went on sale so I could stay in a closer facility. Heck, I'm only there to take a nap and shower...all my time will be spent at the festival.

The only rooms we have been able to find are so beyond overpriced now, think the cheapest we found were $225 for a king size bed and a cot! As for campsites, not capable with mom, but thank you, wish we could!

This item is still up for bid, and the lowered the price. I see that it also helps the athletes with this rental/donation.

Anyway, thought it was a great deal for someone who still needs a place to stay. Here is the new link to the new price. I dont kwow who this person is at all, just thought it was good info to pass on.

With only 24 days left until the festival I would hope that everybody has already figured out where they are staying and have reservations. Even if it's slow and only 30,000 people show up I would figure it would sell every camping/tent/hotel room around. Last year I commuted 50 miles each way and I was exhausted between the drive, all the walking and the heat. This year I'll be much closer.

I would hope so also, but there are always the straglers, some who may decide at the last minute to go.
