I have Reserved Tickets for Saturday and Sunday, but never received my email for the Friday upgrade. Ticket Master can't tell me if it is sold out or not, nor can the seem to sell me any tickets. Does anyone know how I can buy 3 reserved tickets for Friday?

If you have purchased 2-day passes previously you will need your original Ticketmaster account number to take advantage of the upgrade offer. The upgrade offer is only available to the original ticketmaster ticket purchaser. Emails were sent with instructions. If you did not get your email:
