is there a charge for 14 and under?

Does anyone out there know if I pay for a 14 year old to stay in the international camping area? On the website in el dorado 1 it specifies no charge but in international and the rest, it does not and I am not sure if the under 14 thing applies only to el dorado 1??? If you know anything, please respond to our email, kim.macrostie@cox.net because I'm not really sure how to do these chat boards and where to get my responses. Thanks
