What Kind Of Barbeque Are Looking Forward To Tasting?

Just in case you don't already know about it, there are going to be two barbeque competition taking place at Stagecoach 2008, one on Saturday and another on Sunday. There will also be a "People's Choice" competition each day where the good folks attending Stagecoach will have the opportunity to taste each competition team's barbeque and then cast a vote for which one is best.

We cook Chicken, Pork Ribs, Pork Butt (pulled pork) and Beef Brisket for these events and I'd like to know which of these foods you are looking most forward to tasting. You can vote for more than just one.
