So i was browsing through the 2013 SC stuff and saw that you have to submit an application to be able to purchase a RV spot. What do you all think of this???
I think its a cool idea because scalpers wont be able to buy just to resell and that the RV pass will be registered to the RV on the application only. At the same time though what about all those people that rent RV's and dont have all that information yet.
