Garth Brooks to California

So this doesn't have anything to do with Stagecoach, but just announced earlier today on KFRG 95.1, GARTH BROOKS will be coming to Los Angeles!! He will be performing a concert at the Staples Center on January 26th. It is being advertised as a benefit concert for vicitims of the recent fires. KFRG will have ticket on sale information on Monday!!

Yep Jan 26th, ticket info released noon on Monday! Can't wait! I REALLY hope to get tickets!!

Sounds like it's gonna be a great show! I will be outta town that weekend - DARNIT! But I'm getting tickets for my mom and stepdad for Christmas...

Tickets go on sale Saturday at 9am... If anyone gets any presale info, would you mind sharing? I usually get info for Staples Center concerts - but haven't for this one yet...if I do I will share!

Sooo excited!! Got my Garth tix!! Actually got tix to Fri and Sat late nite shows!! He sold out 3 of his 5 shows in like, 30min!! First one sold out in less than 10min!! It was NUTZ!!!!

I got 5 tickets to the Sat night show (for a group of my friends) and 2 tickets to the Friday night show.

Then, after that, ticketmaster announced that you can only get 6 tickets across all shows (not just per show).

So, they're cancelling my 2 for Friday night.

I usually would have been really mad, but I was just so excited to get to see Garth even once that I guess I didn't care.

(the message on the phone went from "there is a 6-ticket limit to this show" to "there is a six ticket limit across all Garth Brooks shows at the Staples Center") Sometimes Ticketmaster is more of a rip it usually is.

That's pretty lame that they are canceling those tix when it was THEIR mistake....funny they aren't forgiving if their paying customer makes a mistake!!! TICKETBASTARD BLOWS!!!
