Heard a dumb rumor flags aren't allowed??

So my co-worker's husband said he read that flags were disallowed this year for RV's. I told her empahtically that it wasn't true, but then thought better and figured I'd double check (although that sounds absurd). I just looked at the rules and didn't SEE anything, but maybe I didn't look good enough??

EDITING to say that this is absolutely NOT TRUE. Don't wanna get anyone in a frenzy. Gotta love newbies who hear odd stuff!

I don't think they're NOT allowed. I just heard on the radio that K-Frog is going to be there in ED1 and for us to look for their FLAGS!!!

I know where that rumor started. Someone on the facebook page freaked out saying "OMG NO FLAGS" He didn't realize that he was reading the venue rules, not the camping rules.

Just look at "event info" tab...RV vs Event. In the list for Event it says NO FLAGS and in the RV sections it doesn't say a thing about flags. I think that rule got put up from last year when people grabbed their USA flags off their RV's and brought them into the festival after people heard about Osama.

I noticed that it seemed to be new this year that no inflatable balls are allowed inside. Seen them every year since I been going...I read somewhere that Miranda got hit during singing a song at a festival so she says NO to them.

Love Miranda, but I don't think I would mind a hit from a beach ball. Now if someone tossed a boot or a chair at me on stage, I might have some fears of flying objects. But umm...it's just a beach ball full of air. Laugh and throw it back into the crowd. Sheesh.
