Default Car Camping Sites Turf or Dirt

I didn't see this question asked/answered (apologize if it was already)...

Does anyone know if the Car Camping sites are on Grass or Dirt this year.

We didn't tent camp last year but remember the prior was pretty cushy on the grass. Any thoughts?

Also, any ideas about the in/out access from Car Camping to the Venue? Looks very close this year! Cheers! ....and Thanks!

Dont know for sure because of how they moved things but even if it WAS turf, it will now be dirt after 2 weekends of Coachella.

Just curious.... if dirt might influence the size of the tarp. Anybody?

I'm pretty sure it's grass, which probably won't be entirely grass because of Coachella, but it's not gonna be a loose dirt lot or anything

I camped where Car Camping is 2 years ago as a volunteer and it was half and half! It just depended on if you got a good spot or not.

Mud - raining now i'm told.

It barely sprinkled overnight, not mud. Grass should be fine, and so will be the weather.
