Walmart- Sleeping in car

We were unable to get a campsite or hotel room (either too much money or sold out too quickly). We've decided to just sleep in our cars in the 24-hour Walmart parking lot near the festival. Also, using the local YMCA facilities for showering as we have a membership. Just wondering if anyone else is doing something similar to what we are, or if you have any better ideas as we are first time stagecoach goers.

it's basically a website for vacation rentals. it's a really nice reliable craigslist, haha. i found my housing on airbnb and we've used it for other trips. good luck!
