Are you allowed to stake down tents? - this may seem like a dumb question, but I was packing today and thought that maybe we might not be allowed to since these grounds aren't usually camp grounds.
(is it even possible to hammer a stake in or is the ground too hard?)

We staked ours down last year, especially our canopy, good thing the wind comes up and can be gnarly.

yes stakes are a necessity and make sure ur get good ones for your pop up canopy and bigger tents. last year we just used the stakes that came with the pop up and one real big gust of wind the first night sent our the canopy tumbling. also last year they were being weird about allowing hammers or mallets so find a "good spot" for it
Stagecoach 2012! I don't think it can get any better!
