LMAO! Yes on Saturday in the BBQ CONTEST area, not sure of the time until the line-up is posted, but I can guarantee it won't be noon (lot's of people aren't in the festival by noon)

Nope, not anymore, they stopped that last year. You just need a GA wristband to get into ANY camping area
