Frontgate and getting my tickets SUCKS

They are plastic cards that attach to the lanyards to wear around your neck for the reserved seating.

But another update - customer service now tells me that these are no good and the valid tickets are at will call. That this was UPS finding the package and moving it on.....but that these tickets have been invalidated so not to use them.
