FRONTGATE IS UN-Good. I was expecting my UPS Package on 04/10/12. The E-Mail stated that. The shipping lable was generated on 04/05/12 per Front Gate's E-Mail to me. Still no TIX. I called UPS today (04/17/12), UPS stated No Package has been Processed ( I paid for shipping, six months ago). UPS suggested I contact FrontGate (the shipper). Which I did on (04/17/12) I was on hold for 40mins and then spent another 30minutes trying to get some accountability on why my Tix will be at Will Call now. He (GREG) explained that my Tix where LOST, then found and put in a BOX to sent to the Will Call at the Tennis Garden and that I could pick the Package by Wed (4/25/12) My B-Day. So, I explained to GREG, that for a week now, Mysellf, my Wife and Neighbors have been watching out for that BIG BROWN TRUCK. NO Truck. NO STICKY NOTE. No E-Mails on the where abouts of my Precious Cargo. So, I have 2 P1, 4 P2 and ELDO 2 and a Car pass, due me and 6 Unhappy Campers So far. But, GREG Assured me they will be there ( @Will Call). I asked Greg, What if they are Not ? FrontGate LOST them once Already. He (Greg) ASSURED me. I put all the dates in there for my Attorney friend.
But I am almost SURE that GREG will keep his word. Hope to see Ya All soon, with GREG's help, of cousre.
LOL! I wonder if Greg's the only one who works there? That's the only person I ever hear of responding to anything. Which makes me think this is a VERY small operation to be dealing with so many tickets. Hence the room for error. Imagine...ALL of the complaints from the people on this messageboard who have had issues. That's like 40 or so? We are just a small percentage of the problems that they've had from Coachella and Stagecoach. Which I can only guess explains the insane wait times.

This is My 4 time to SC. I guess with an Event that Sells out in Hours/Days as far as Ticket sales go, Customer Sevice is Not Required. I wish the Event Planners had the same Luv for the Fans as the Artist/Performers seem to have.
I might get Thank You GREG T-Shirts made up for the Event, So that we know who each other are at the Will Call line.
I posted earlier - same problem as T-Man. And I had an email from "Greg" several days ago and I spoke to FG customer service last week (thanks for the telephone numbers posted for me) and they told me to wait a couple of days - still no box and no UPS updating of the tracking. Today, after about 40 minute wait I was told the passes would be at will call and that if the tickets were actually lost by UPS or by FG, or otherwise in someone else's hands, the electronic bar coding for those original tickets is deactivated and new passes and wristbands are created for will call. I hope so. Actually I would have preferred will call from the beginning - at least I wouldn't have been stressing out so much. Now I just want to start packing the RV and count down the hours.
Thanks Countrycamper. How does FG know that it is has handled problem correctly. "Greg" that I spoke with seemed as he had scripted answer. They had plenty of time to communicate to us that there was a problem and Re-Generate Tix and 1 Day ship them at their Expense. I have shared the story with my group of (6) and (2) of them are FLIPPING OUT !!!! about the "What IF's" when we/they get there. 4 of us get there Thursday and the other 2 on Friday. My new Best Friend "Greg" @ FrontGate did not instill any worry free feelings for me today.
Will I be able to Re-Will-Call 2 Tix for the Friday Arrivals ??????? Or I might Have (2) P1's For Sale next Thursday @ the "Will Call Window" thanks to FrontGates miss up. WOW. Pass the Beer Nuts...........
Amen. I'm not relaxed yet. I too have 2 P1 and an ED1 to pick up. Good point about the overnight shipping they could have done. I wonder why Stagecoach has been so bad at this. Seems like something new each year. Other festivals don't seem to have these issues. Before leaving CT last weekend we renewed our reserved seats and camping spots, specific ones that we reserve each year. Really smooth process. Smaller venue but generally the same process would work regardless of size. At another festival in Wisconsin same kind of simple ticketing process, especially the marked camping spots. No need for everyone to arrive at same time to camp together or at the time the gates open..... Oh well, we sacrifice our peace of mind for the Stagecoach experience. Note that we all still come each year..at least those that can get tickets.
Yeeeaahh, I just want to make sure they're not hired again for next year? Looks like some peeps just won't go. That is a lot of money to be mishandled.
I hope you both get your tickets soon, and front gate closes their gates. It'll cost both sides less stress in the long run.

I will be there at the Tennis center at 2pm on Wednesday when they open the box office....just to make sure, and in case I have to squabble with them....

to get the Visual and Posession of these Coveted Tix. If No Tix, then MiNi Hell will break loose. I also spoke with Luke at Golden Vioce (323)930-7188 to see what he can do to assure us peeps that we are taken care.

Update- just received email from UPS that package was dropped off yesterday in Palm Springs and will be delivered by end of the day.
Hello Gang. I have heard nothing on my end. No call backs or e-mails. So Tix to Palm Springs, then Indio. Sounds like we are going in the right direction.
How weird is this? The package arrives. It has two P1 tickets, 4 P2 wristbands and 2 GA wristbands. And 4 lanyards. No P1 wristbands, no ED 1 or companion car tickets. Someone is missing 4 P2 wristbands and 2 GA wristbands. And someone might have my P1 wristbands, ED1 and car pass. Only thing right was the two P1 tickets, which is somewhat gratifying-at least the most expensive piece is here. Sheeesh...
T-Man- maybe you'll get the other half and we can match up.
