I'm super-excited about the lineup! They're not going to be able to please EVERYONE - EVERY time they do this show! To each his (or her) own!

We too are very disappointed with the line up...did not really expect repeats (would have been nice to have a few) but what they are offering is not great. We bought seats today and will probably not use them most of Sunday with the exception of Trace & Tim (I think Trace is on the main stage) but to put him before Taylor Swift is an insult. Carrie Underwood is no class act either...Gretchen stinks and Big & Rich are nothing but a circus that has nothing to do with Country Music. We will watch Tim since he will be there without Faith.

Sat is not bad but it could be better..The Judds I hope will not disappoint. And George Jones & Dwight not big headliners??? Give me a break..we are not all "pop" country listeners.

But we will make some fun and pull many good things out of our time there; we booked our rooms last month; and am looking forward to new people, fun and life experiences. This year with the acts so bad it will give us a chance to check other things out....and the ticket prices this year were scary...but we will pay and they know it...but we figured about $200 a day and some pay that and more just to see one act in concert.....So everyone enjoy; be safe and take with you a great experience....

WOW ... yes, scary... this past spring hubby and I camped and did the 2-day general adm. for the festival and it was just over $500. This year... it's going to cost $630 total. Ouch!

    "Hey, that's country, my ass,
Who do they think we am?
    Force-feed us that shit.
Ain't you real tired of it?
Tell 'em stick it up high,
    Where the sun don't shine.
    Get pissed, an'get mad,
Tell 'em that's country, my ass."

That puts it perfect, maduro_1. Dale Watson knows and plays real country for sure.

Well as someone said they can't please everyone. I for one am flying 3,000 miles because to me the acts are amazing! I am confused why someone would find it necessary to shred the acts just because they are not their type of music. To say Carrie Underwood is not a class act is ridiclous! She is always graceous and kind. What no beehive hairdo makes them bad!

Just wait until George tries to sing over the noise from the main stage. It's down right disrespectful for such a country legend to be relegated to a side stage. The "headliners" should reverently stop their performance, come on over to the Palomino stage and listen reverently at the Possum's feet.

yeah would have loved to seen a few of the artists from last year, cuz it was awesome. Still going to go this year even though the line up is not all that and a bag of chips. Would have love to have Martina & Trisha there. Looking forward to a great party with some awesome background music!!!

We attended last year and although I agree that you cant beat last years lineup, the party in the campground is worth going for! To be around all nice ppl who love country music is a BLAST!!

I've seen most of these Singers in concert already, but I'll be in the RV or at the Bar during Rascal Flatts & Dwight Yoakam.. Rascal Flatts sound terrible live, So it'll be fun to not hurry around so we dont miss an act like we did last yr, this yr we can enjoy everything without being rushed.

WHERE'S CHRIS CAGLE?? WE WANT HIM NEXT YR! and BRAD PAISLEY!!

You got that right. They have a lot to learn. They have some good songs, but they don't play them at their concerts.

Thanks for the warning about Rascal Flatts. I think I'll make my way to another stage that night

I think the line up is good as well. But what the hell can't win tickets. Give us more chances to win them. There are some of us that just can't afford it.

Funny, for those who are dissappointed at the headliners and were there last year..... how can anyone forget George Strait ---- forget how almost the entire crowd WALKED OUT IN THE MIDDLE OF HIM PERFORMING.

Now I am a HUGE George Strait fan and stayed to the end, which was great as I got to MOVE UP every 5 minutes until I could have jumped into the Reserve section CUZ THERE WAS NO ONE THERE ! George is great, but not for this type festival. He followed Allan Jackson and the energy level dissapeared quicker than *&^% through a goose. It was emberassing for sure.

Anyway, line up this year is fine --- except for the Added Friday stuff and the cost now.

The same thing happened during Kenny Chesney.....couldn't believe that many people left......maybe just from all-day burnout??

    Couldn't figure it out myself....

It's OK. People will always leave early. They have places to drive too, long drives, tiredness sets in, etc.

They were still there for a lot of it, right?

    Just my opinion

Alright, so last years lineup basically is very very hard to beat. Seeing so many country legends in the same weekend was definetly something I will remember for a long long time. When it comes to the pop stuff this year, Ill go out to the campground and have a beer with my friends and all my new friends. Last year in the campground is also going to be hard to beat. I met so many new people from all over the place, it was nuts. When it comes to the acts, we cant always get what we want, oh well, at least take in the good times you ll have not listening to rascall flatts. GET IN THE TRUUUUUCCCKKKK!!!

Yeah, but like, half the crowd?!?!?! It was a total buzzkill....and to clarify for those who were not there, it had NOTHING to do with their performance....all the headliners were GREAT!!! I also find it rude to those around you...if you think you might leave before its over, DON"T SIT UP FRONT so people trying to watch the show have to watch you pack up and leave then drag our crap closer to the stage...LAME!! Go home!!
    Holler and swaller!!!!
