Rachel, are you able to come over and help with jello shot assembly line on Tuesday evening?

Anybody else? Bring a bottle or 2 of liquor, I'll take care of jello, cups, and pizza!
i started planning and getting things ready 5 months ago. my friends kept giving me a hard time cuz it was so far out. but now we are all sitting back just grabbing last minute little things. Now there all like hey we are glad you planned this 5 months ago so no one is panicking last minute.

I'll bring the Malibu (bet you knew I would say that) and of course some Vodka....a BIG one so that there will be leftovers.

LOL, well to be honest, I only had to alter last year's list slightly. I have a Stagecoah folder in my computer with lists for the last 3 years. I was just going through my spreadsheet for when we did the RV's. Talk about organized! But I spread myself REALLY thin that year. This year I just wanna relax and not worry about anything!

So speaking of lists, I have a huge one of things to buy, and I'm up to $335 of approx cost. I'm thinking that a lot of what's on my list, you and others in our car camping group will already be bringing and I don't need to buy. Like red cups, ping pong balls, plastic bowls/plates, paper towels, etc. Or should I just buy it all to have it anyhow?
No matter what they say I've done, I ain't never had too much fun!

LOL, I didn't, but that's great! I'll get the Captain & Tequila for jello shots, and gonna grab some vodka to have for the weekend. Which reminds me, need to grab some tonic and limes for Nick.

Lets make a lunch date and head out to where you want to get the red cups etc. I'll go halves with you and we can just share because I haven't gone to the store yet either. What do you think?

with my back i can't do an air mattress so I got a couple cots at costco the other day- man they are awesome. so freaking comfortable and only $60 each. I have water, canned ice coffee, bottled ice tea, batteries, all kinds of toiletries (sunblock, lip balm, face wipes, hand wipes, etc.) i have stockpiles in the garage, my room, & my mom's room! also, i called ahead to the store & ordered my alcohol so that it will be there ready & waiting for me to pick up on Friday.

Karena, i'm bringing a coscto pack of solo cups (152) and does Nick drink Vodka Tonics???- HA that's grandma's drink! that is awesome.

Sounds great, how's Thursday or Friday? I'll take an inventory tonight of what camping stuff I already have. I think I have big black trash bags and some other stuff in the garage.

Ok awesome ladies! Brit, I texted you, but can you bring your car plug in mattress pump? My car converter I bought never actually worked and my mattress pump is plug in only :-/

I have tons of plastic utensils too I think. I'll take cups and plates off my list. I'll inventory tonight and me and Rach can meetup with what's left of our lists and compare. I think we'll all save $$ like this!

I need to start my packing list :/ Mine is a little different because I don't have to pack as much food stuff for camping. But it's still pretty extensive haha! I just hope the weather is warm during the day and mild at night so I only need a cardigan or light jacket at night.

I got a TON of the stuff you guys mentioned at the Dollar Tree yesterday.

This is the most planned I have ever been for a Stagecoach. Got meals planned, Beer bought, misters almost done, EZ Up ready to go, snacks ready to be packed. I even know how I am going to organize it in my truck bed so I can leave it in the truck all weekend and not occupy space!

I should also note, this is the first year I've ever gone solo..... SO MUCH more simple!
