Hi, I have a one bedroom room available at the WorldMark by Wyndham Resort in Indio California for these dates: Check in on the 26th of April after 4:00pm and check out on 30 April before 1200(noon) $125.00 per night--Unit Description:Unit Description:
• One Bedroom: King in master, queen murphy bed in living area. Maximum occupancy 4.

Two outdoor pools, five spas, lazy river pool, childrens pools, splash pad, man-made lakes, fitness center, recreation center, business center, video rental, elevator, arcade, tennis courts, grocery service, The Spa at Indio.

Fully equipped kitchen (studios have kitchenettes with microwave and refrigerator), gas fireplace in presidential suites and penthouses only, cable TV with DVD player, stereo with CD player, balcony/patio, barbecue, queen Murphy bed (except presidential suites and penthouses), telephone, washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, air conditioning, hairdryer.
NO PETS ALLOWED!

Are you looking to rent out a room in this condo or is it a one bedroom condo and you're just renting the whole thing out?

The unit is a member only resort and I'm renting out a one bedroom for the 4 nights of the event. I had booked it for an individual going to the concert and then he backed out. I'm lowering the price to $100.00 per night for a total of $400.00 even--no taxes.
