I'm in too (and count my BF and friend in as well, we'll be traveling together). I was ALSO gonna bring salsa, so I will think of something else...we're car camping so I can't really bring anything that needs to be heated, that's the only problem...any suggestions? I can bring lots of jello shots!

It looks like we have enough food to feed an army! But, if we don't eat all the food or dips at dinner time, I'll bet somebody will be hungry about midnight. You can never have too much food! Someone will eat it.
