Pugs39... BlugrassLVR said he/she would bring cheese and sour cream. Since they have both and a 7layer dip why dont you stick with bringing the cheese and Blugrass can take that of their list. Got that Blugrass.. no need for cheese. Please confirm both you guys got this.

I'm bringing a bucket of chips from a restaurant down the street. They are the bomb.

I hit up costco this weekend and the local Carniciaria.... Got 48 chicken breasts and 16lbs of Carne Esada! I figured one chicken breast will make about 4 tacos so we will have enough for around 160 chicken tacos and enough carne esada to make the same. I have 300 corn tortillas and will pick up another 50 tomorrow. So with about 100 people this means we should have enough for everyone to have about 3 tacos (give or take).

I might recruit some help on thursday during meal time just running warm tortillas from my grill to the buffet table. I will use my crockpot to keep tortillas warm on the table but will be heating them up on the grill.

I would like to come! First time going to stagecoach and would love to be a part of this! I can bring more salsa or other dips for chips, fruit or veggies but I'm not exactly sure, anyone have ideas of anything else that would be nice to have?? Oh and I also have some friends that might want to be apart of this! ( of so we'll bring extra) so count me in for sure and about 2 to 4 more maybes!
