Thankfully, most of this group either loves it (ok, ok, tolerates it) or pretends like they do. Things DO get done with me around, I might just be a little...bossy. The best part of this whole thing... I havent told the two guys that are coming out with me on thursday that this many people are showing up. They are never on this board and have no idea that around 80 people will be showing up for dinner... They are gunna be like "why are you cooking sooo much chicken, theres only three of us?"

I'll talk to my mom... we should be able to get name tags & pens/sharpies! They came up in a conversation we had and I'm so glad everyone thinks it's a great idea. That may make it easier when it comes to introductions with 75+ people! Haha

I'm a total control freak too (surprise!) and I know exactly how you feel about relinquishing control of the important stuff. My goal this year was to not worry about any of that stuff anymore and if it's a disaster, just to go with it. I'm about 15% of the way there, which is BIG for me!

I'll do both. The guacamole I can do in larger batches in my Vitamix (yes, I have one, it's amazing). And for some reason when I make it in that thing, it stays fresh longer than 24 hours. It didn't turn brown at all when I made it a few weeks ago and I didn't even leave a pit in the container. No idea why. Even the salsa I make in that thing (instead of spending hours chopping) tastes better.

Karena's Quac is a must have. After a camping trip I took some of the left over in with me to a restaurant for my burger. IT IS YUMMYLISCIOUS.


Eddie it will be me and Jeremy. I am going to try my hand at a spiked watermelon. Wish me luck. I think I will ask Kat and Lisa for some tips

Ok Kuzn Edy- what do you need to complete your feast? I have been watching this unfold over the past week and just have to join. There are two of us - we are in the "older generation" but like another poster of similar age we can hold our liquor and love to party... Been in ED 1 for past 5 years and would be honored to join this illustrious group to celebrate the start of a truly memorable weekend.....

If you don't already have them covered.. ***just a funny blup about this post, above when I was trying to type utensils I spelled it with UT and then an I instead of an E and this damn iPhone kept correcting it to URINALS, Omg I almost posted it 3 times. But hey we probably need some urinals too...

I already made a urinal out of a 5gal jerry can and a plastic funnel. It will be by the front drivers door of my RV if you want to pee in it! (this way hopefully the grass wont start smelling like pee again)

I was going to buy plates and plastic ware from costco. Its impossible to buy less than 200 of each so I got that covered.

How about napkins? Anyone wanna grab those?
