I got an iphone yesterday so i will be able to post on this thread where we end up parked at. (incase anyone else has smart phones or internet access) I will also post another couple pictures a couple days before arrival.

Also, with 37 people, plan to bring your own chair if you think you might wanna sit down for a while. Ive only got 8 barstools and just a few chairs. Im working on some tables and other things to gather around.

We have a collasible 4x4 aluminum table and a few tv type tables we travel with. We will be in ADA ED 1 early Thursday morning if you want them

I hope 1,000 paper plates, 500 plastic forks, and 500 red cups will be enough. (Got to buy them anyway for the group so dont sweat it)

Just bring your own serving items for anything you plan to bring. (salad tongs, serving spoon, etc...) I will put out a couple tables to put the food and utensils and we cand make a buffet line. Im also working on a couple tables/bartops that people can sit or stand around and eat/drink.

i just realized i never added my name to this list!
i cant think of what to bring besides baked goods because that is my specialty but if you think that there is already enough of that i was thinking of maybe waters since that amount of people will need something to wash all the food down besides alcohol ha.
