Advise on camping spot

Hey everyone i have a dilemma so i have/ had someone pitching a ten in my car camping but now she said she found another spot less expensive so she was thinking of getting the other spot. She had already paid more then half of the spot so now im not sure if i should give her the money back , should i give her half of the money. This makes me upset because she did not bother to let me know until i emailed her.

You're 30+ days away, I say refund her money - there's a TON of people looking for places to camp, you shouldn't have any problem filling the space.

or hold onto the money until you have someone else secured for the spot just in case no one else comes through. or give half back now and half when you find someone else.

Don't give them anything back. In fact, ask them for more money due to breach of verbal contract. Put a lien on there property until they pay. Then get more money from the next person that want to pitch a tent on your spot.

As your counsel, you can feel free to pay me half of your profits as a fee.

I'd agree. Just find someone else, then give them all the money back. She found a cheaper spot. She shouldn't have guaranteed payment on your spot but, I'm broke so I understand jumping on a cheaper option.

I have a car and a tent on my spot, don't know how big the spaces are but, probably have room for more.I'm counting the days like everyone else!

The spaces are pretty small, last year 1 tent for 1 space (a LARGE tent) just barely fit.
