    Default Blank Receipt for Tickets?

    Does anyone else have a blank receipt now on the Frontgate ticket account page? Under History, and you can usually click on your receipt and it will show your tickets? I was waiting for the last payment to print them again, when paid if full and now they are blank, even last years receipt, which I was able to see not that along ago. I sent them an email, but from the posts on other threads, it sounds like that may be a waste of time.

    The receipt has been blank for months now. Issue on Frontgates side. I just don't really think they are a very tech savvy company.

    With that said, if you call they have the correct amount in there computers that you owe. So, if you owe money still, you need to get that squared away.

    What he said, mines been blank but I went to my own bank and discovered that Frontgate hadn't taken their last payment (layaway), just got it all taken care of on Friday, on the phone they confirmed that everything is fine but the receipt is blank.

    I spoke with FrontGate about 2 months ago when I noticed that my receipt was blank. They assured me that they would correct it and that it was not any big deal. I keep checking my receipt and it still has not been corrected. I did have them email a complete receipt with everything listed and the prices listed. Not sure why they can't get a simple thing like this corrected.

    I agree with SPK I don't think they are very adept at running a Ticketing business and hope that GoldenVoice takes notice and moves to another service next year.

    All payments have been made, just wanted to print the receipt that stated that. Frontgate emailed me my receipts yesterday. I have 2 orders, so I was getting nervous about a blank receipt. ALL GOOD...
