Ticket Delivery

I was just wondering, when our tickets get shipped, if no one is home to sign for them, will they leave one of those delivery papers to pick up at the post office or are we SOL? thanks

Coachella passes are going out now (get mine tomorrow!!). Frontgate will probably start sending out SC passes around the 15th-20th.

You will get an email letting you know that the UPS label has been created.

I don't know but I've sent Frongate 2 emails to change my shipping address, since my company just moved and I had them being shipped to my work, and they are NOT responding at all. I'm a bit worried.

I had to call. I always have to hold for about 30 minutes and they never email to confirm the change. But it seems to have worked since its reflected on My Account page. I JUST last week got my tickets all paid for and confirmed because of address changes. It was a nightmare.

I'll bet good money they ship them to the wrong place but I still have access to all three, count em, THREE addresses that Frontgate took before getting it right. Or not right, who knows...

Since my lottery pass purchase was such an ordeal (5 hours) I can only imagine what Frontgate and UPS are going to pull off next???

Seriously, that company is just bad at this. I have access to the old work address, it's just there's not always somebody there to open the door because there's no longer an actual receptionist. We still have employees occupying that building. I'm fine if they leave the card telling me to go into the UPS office for my package. Which I assume what happens when nobody answers, right? I hope so, because my BF has his going to his house and nobody's home in the day and his neighbors steal anything left on his door.

keebzie, it was "epic". It was so bad, I think a lot of people we waiting for the groom to grab the mic out of his hand and tell him to leave. But it was his brother so I think he tolerated it.
