So........... Who's down next month for a tailgate party and great show?

Im bringing the Whiskey Tango for sure and making a big ass low country boil. (shrimp, potatoes, corn, peppers, and a whole bunch more!) Tailgate party starting around 2pm for the 4:30 show.


Has anyone every tailgated at OCCU parking lot accross orangewood street? I heard that parking lot is WAAAAY more relaxed on drinking and tailgaiting. Im going to try it out next Friday for Angels vs Dodgers.

i want to tailgate! this'll be the first time i've ever tailgated so this may be a stupid question but how exactly does this work?? can i just show up with food and come crash a party?? (i'll probably be arriving at the tailgate party by myself....not sure when my friend is planning on arriving cause she is coming from Los Angeles and has a baby....the baby is not coming but she'll have to get the baby to the babysitter's and whatnot....)

i haven't thought about what i am bringing but there's an Albertsons just down the road from my house so i'll probably just pick up something on the fly on my way there....

Those set lists look pretty similiar to the Dallas show. We were hoping they would change the line up to make Grace Potter first. I could easily do without her set. Jake was great.. Suggest we make sure to get in our seats to see his performance!

i heard that from start to finish, the show is 7 hours. I'd love to hear "Refried Dreams"!!! then again, this is my first Tim McGraw concert so any song is good (a little surprised "Don't Take the Girl" didn't make his set list though)!!!

That parking lot is big... It even goes way back to the nexet few lots by other buildings. It got pretty busy for the angels game, but im not sure how many concert goers know about this lot. It seems like the angels locals who knew about tailgating were there, but i havde a feeling that it wont be too busy for the concert.

One of the best parts is they have lots of shade trees which will be a huge plus this saturday.

My best friend works on Rampart and they charge $7 to park in the parking lots there now.. & there are undercover cops. Just an fyi!
