You can go out to your car and charge your phone for awhile or you can go to the internet cafe in camping which has plugs for charging your cell phone.

Also there are outlets outside of the showers where the sinks and mirrors are. I'd bring one of those plugs that add several (WTH am I trying to say??) cuz it can be a fight for plug space with all the cell phones, flat irons, and curling irons!

The American Spirit smoking tents had outlets for folks to charge their phones last year. If I recall correctly, they even had some generic chargers. Even if you don't smoke, you might want to check them out or hang with with friends who do. They had AC last year and they were pretty clear of the smoke cloud. It was a nice get-away for a few minutes.

I don't remember seeing it. The good ole state of California said it was illegal to give out free tobacco (not just cigs). I've never heard of needing a "dipping" lounge.
