They were allowed the past 3 years as long as they weren't tall and didn't obstruct views.

They've always allowed beach/fold up canvas chairs since year one ...(no umbrellas allowed in, but they sell them there..go figure).

As long as nothing's changed, yes, most people bring camping type chairs. They'll have a list post of what types are acceptable and not acceptable for that field.
