Question for picking up will call tent camping

Hello I purchased a tent camping pass for my daughter to tent camp how do we pick this up at will call. It is under my credit card. Can I go with her to pick up the pass even if I am not attending the event.

you will have to since they need a photo id and the credit card you used...not sure how itll work though since you have to have your festival pass with you when you pick up the camping spot..

That should work as long as you have a festival pass with you, (hers) you should be fine.

Well I bought the tickets for my daughter because she doesn't have a credit card. Is there a way to just have a pass in my hand to show them and pick up the tent camping pass?

I would contact ticketmaster and ask them to add her name to your reservation. Explain the situation and see what they can do . . . .

Well I guess I am out $ 100 for a camping spot because I am not going to buy a ticket just to pick up a camping pass for my daughter. I think that there needs to be a way to get around this for young adults that don't have a credit card to be able to purchase these tickets and have them be put in their name when purchasing them. I will definitely read the info on the site instead of going to ticketmaster before purchasing.

Why don't you add her to your credit card account so she has a card with her name on it for emergency situations, or ones like this, in the future?

thanks for all the input and no she is not under 18 but we had a deal about having a credit card and not being able to afford it. The credit card under our acct with her name on it is a good idea.

You can most likely still change it, just add her name, change the name (not card #) with Ticketmaster, and her card should be here by next April.
