    Default BBQ Tastings

Rooftop Barbeque will hopefully be coming back this year. Just out of curiosity what was your favorite item you had at the BBQ tastings last year?

Pulled Pork is always my favorite, but I'm a North Carolina boy, so that's what I used to eat instead of Gerber baby food
I want to rock and roll all night...and part of everyday

I didnt go last year but I loved all the BBQ from two years ago. It was a key part of my stagecoach experience. You could tell the people who knew what they were doing. Im from Central California, so i preffer Tri Tip sandwiches on sour dough roll with fresh salsa, but the pulled pork and all the smoked meats were pretty damn good.

I think they should also do a Chili cook off. Most of the BBQ vendors have all the fixings in their supply anyway (smoked meat, spices, bbq sauce, beer (just add a few veggies and tomatos and your done) They should make one big pot per vendor and have a chili cook off too.

If rooftop does a Chili, you got my buisness!
I got laid off when they closed that asbestos factory, and wouldn't you know it, the army cuts my disability pension because they said that the plate in my head wasn't big enough.

thats a good idea, we also do a contest in Havasu and at that contest they have a chili cookoff the night before the competition. I'll mention that to the promoter

I stayed in a hotel last year and we didnt arrive early enough to try any of the BBQ. Gotta say, after hearing all the options, very very stoked. I just ate and I'm hungry.
Daddy cried when he saw my tatoo,
    Said he loves me anyway.
My brother got the brains of the family,
So I thought I'd learn to sing.

Anything about BBQ or grilled veggies??? Love the meat tastings but gotta mix it up for 3 days. Last year I found only one booth that had anything green (lettuce) which was in a wrap. All these gourmet food trucks out and about in L.A. Stagecoach needs you for 2012!!!

Ever see that Jack in the Box commercial about the Ultimate Cheeseburger? "Cheese, meat, cheese, cheese, meat." That's me. No need for greens.
I missed SC 2012 and am going through withdrawals. Looking forward to SC13
