I logged in at 9:55, waited 40 minutes, and NOTHING!!! Another computer next to me opened up, I logged on, and within 5 minutes I was in. Hmmmmm.... I guess the waiting room is just picking people at random

i got my tickets already and was gonna purchase another GA ticket...i logged in on my comp and Im STILL in the waiting room. logged on my ipad a little while ago and was able to get in.

i think it is at random.

I agree, WAS NOT first come first serve. People who got in the waiting room LONG after me got in. I had my friend go in and place orders for multiple people because we were STILL in the waiting room and he got through EVERY time. NOT a fair system, going to be a huge uproar I imagine.

Well, at least you all were able to even get into to buy, I could not even get a password to start an account to even try to purchase a ticket, kept getting blank emails after requesting new password. Gave up on SC!!

I can not believe how much crap this is!! i logged in at 10am and then at 11 from another computer at work and was able to get in faster. Of course car camping was already sold out by the time i got through! Do not understand how it was first come first serve!! Im heartbroken.

LOGGED IN AT 950 AND HAVE 3 COMPUTERS GOING AND 2 PHONES AND NOTHING. PEOPLE GOT TIX AFTER ME THAT LOGGED IN LATER. THIS IS A VERY VERY UNFAIR SYSTEM AND SOMETHING HAS TO BE DONE ABOUT IT. ITS NOT RIGHT!

It was a mess because it was NOT done first come first serve. People opened several computers as a REACTION to the problem, I don't think it was the original CAUSE. I had 1 computer and again, people logging in AFTER me got through. Ticketmaster doesn't have these issues regardless of number of computers used.

There's no defense to what happened this morning. The only acceptable response from Frontgate would be "We effed up. Here's how we plan to make it better"

Just look at their FB page. The screw up is NOT limited to the dozens of people here. Their entire wall is filled with stories of the same thing.

Agreed. I feel jipped at the $211 price when I logged in to the waiting room before 10am and didn't get to order tickets (almost missed out on a camping pass!) until an hour and 45 minutes later. I had people logging in multiple times ordering tickets when I was still waiting to just get in the first time!! Grrr.

I was able to log in once, get my own, then call a friend and when he told me he was still waiting I tried on a whim and got in for the 2nd time to buy his! incredibily unfair and problematic! I was a lucky one... but I saw the madness going on... not right in any way

I got in and got my tix. Called my friend and she had not got in yet. I logged right back in waited for 2 min. and got her 4 tix and Rv spot for her. just because it worked for me doesn't mean it wasn't still a joke.

Whew Keith, so glad you got yours!!! And I'm a lucky one who had a friend who could get in multiple times. But there are many in our group who didnt' get anything.

Hopefully people who were able to log in multiple times did so via other peoples accounts, billing addresses & Credit cards as to not have any cancelled orders due to multiples.

Only took me 5 hours to order a GA pass. Sad part is that I should have been on the $149 instead of $199 plus plus plus.

I feel really sorry for the car campers and EDII people
Can Goldenvoice/Stagecoach/Frontgate contact all the scalpers that are already posting sales of passes and cancel their orders since this great new system was supposed to stop them. It ended up stopping us loyal customers instead.
