I'm still calling while I'm in the waiting room, but my friend said they told her she couldn't order on the phone.

Extreme waste of everyone's time to buy tickets. Ticketmaster doesn't have this type of a mess. Stagecoach, pull your act together and do some test runs first.

any large event with thousands of people ordering at the same time is going to have a wait. A wait online, a wait in person (in the old days people would sleep overnight in line at outlets and the lines would be very long) and waits to get on via the phone. It comes with the territory. We appreciate everyone's patience. The show is going to be well worth it.

I don't see how this is first come, first serve. I have two computers running on different connections so they wouldn't be lumped together as one IP address location. One refreshed as soon as the waiting room opened at about 9:55. I waited until 10:00 for the other. Both are still in the waiting room and I am hearing people on here that did not log on until 10:10 and they have already gotten their tickets. A lot of us were in line before them and still no tickets.

part of the problem is that so many people are logging in to multiple computers and it just adds more people to the waiting room. I did read that someone was able to get in easily with their IPhone......don't know if it is true or not

It wasn't a WAIT, there was a live person on the phone and my friend was told to go online.

I think the issue is more with desktop pc's and their filters. most people got on with their laptops, iphones, etc. hell i am glad i had multiple computers cause i would still be in the waiting room....

Not to dig on you Countrygurl but at least you have a voice to tell people back in your office that this is full of crap. You can try and spoon feed me the way it used to be...it used to be ticketmaster and I was able to order within 5 minutes TOPS!!! I am still in the waiting room an hour and almost 45 minutes.

Yes I used to wait in line but we beat up the people who tried to take cuts. This is NOT first come first serve.

I have been pro Stagecoach ALL THE WAY and only figured I would have to bow out eventually due to age/health/heat etc... Can't believe I'm getting thrown out by you guys.

Yeah, the only people I know who got it has laptops, etc. I don't have anything "smart", just this computer, which I get ALL my tickets on and have NEVER had this problem.

I dunno, every time there is a sale on Ticket Master (whom I HATE) I always have multiple browsers up, multiple pages up and I've never waited this long. And being punished for not being the first 5000 when they didn't really go in waiting room order....NOT HAPPY!

this isn't true... it was like a lottery! my brother logged on right away an sat for 2 hours.... i logged on same time and it took me 30 mins.... from the post others had the same problem.... waiting hours while others were able to log on several times...

but hell at least we got our tickets and camping before it sold out... 4600 bucks on the credit card! i hope i get payed back ha ha ha
