We'll be caravaning up with 3-5 trucks/trailers from San Diego Thursday mid morning...the more the merrier...all camping in ED2. One of the girls in the group turns 40 that weekend!

You know they make a day in America before Friday. They're thinking about calling it Thursday and it will come up the day before the concert starts.

Yep, Thursday will be the old Friday...especially with gates opening at 8:00am vs. the old 4 or 5 pm.

If ur friends end up going just head out after work on Thursday, last year we didn't get there till like 1030pm, they had plenty of lighting to set up and the party went on all night long. Plus that means its a lot cooler when unpacking Of course the option to be there all day Thursday is the best way to go

Welcome...as long as you're not a Cowboys fan. Passes are on sale through this website. I'd recommend getting your pass here instead of craigslist or stubhub.

I'm in SD, but I drive a stupid little foreign car (not knocking foreign cars, but I really hate that I have to drive this POS). Would we still be welcome or would you be too emarassed to be seen with a nerd without a truck?

LOL. Actually, we have an Expedition too. It's a toss up. Depends on gas prices and friends' camping availability. That beast sucks the fuel, but it does have room for sleeping if we can't get on site.
