Is there a cut-off time for entrance to the Festival? Say, if you don't want to come until 4:00 or so in the afternoon -- is that a problem? I would like to find out this information. Thanks!

you can go in late, it's ok. maybe not 5 minutes before it ends but close to it.

The gates for the event closed 2 hours before the end of the evening.
I skittered in around 4:30 the first day.. not a problem.
