For those of you not familiar with this name, Richie was a founding father of Buffalo Springfield (Steve Stills & Neil Young were the other two). You may remember "Stop! Hey! What's that sound, everbody look what's going down" He was mainly hired for his vocal talents (The other two didn't consider themselves strong vocalists) Richie went on to create Poco, along with Jim Messina of Loggins & Messina fame. Poco had huge hits with Call It Love & Crazy Love.
He still performs to this day as allowed by his day job of being a Pastor in Colorado. This keeps him busy so we don't get the oppoortunity to hear him as often as we would like.
If you can find the time, please wonder over to his appearance. He sounds great and plays some incredible Country/Rock from all his endeavors. You can always wonder off if you don't enjoy it. I admit to being a Furay fan and have been ever since the Springfield days.

Chris Hillman & Herb Pedersen will also be playing the same stage at around the same time. Chris is from the Byrds as well as the Souther, Hillman & Fuay Band with Richie ("Fallin' In Love") Herb is from everything.
