    Default BBQ Menu

    Just a few more days. We finalized our menu check out Rooftop Barbeque to get your tri-tip, sausage, pig candy, BBQ hot wings, ribs, pulled pork, brisket & chicken. Just a warning our tri-tip sells out quick make sure to get there early.

    Just pork from us. I'm not to sure if any of the other teams are bringing beef ribs

    It's funny, growing up in NC, I had never heard the term "pulled pork" until I moved out here. We call pulled pork BBQ, and that's your only option, other things like ribs, brisket, bbqed chicken, etc are called by their name, but not always served everywhere. If you go to a BBQ restaurant, the only guarantees on the menu are BBQ (pulled pork), baby back ribs, cole slaw, baked beans, and hush puppies.

    actually arizona , i grew up on beef ribs .... now living here in CA all i ever find is pork and i hate pork ribs.. how ever i got a way to cook them that i like thanks to my cousin. but still cant beat beef. i would like to go to texas.
