The lime are always my favorite! I need to make my way to S&F to get the cups & lids. Probably will buy about 4 bags of each, so I'm looking at 500 I'm sure I'll be testing them once they're ready, so I'll end up with ??? for SC!

Black Cherry w/Chambord & Skyy Vanilla
Strawberry Banana w/Malibu & Peach Schnapps
Lemon w/Sweet Tea Vodka
Tropical Fusion w/Malibu
Peach - undecided on booze as of yet, we shall see in about 5 minutes!

Naya, how did the lemon and sweet tea vodka turn out? i'm planning on making about 100 of those bad boys. any suggestions???

I usually do 3/4 water, 1/4 alcohol. What were your proportions?

I could not find Lemon Jello! go figure. but I did make the margarita jello shots that IHML posted. My son and I "sampled" them...ok, a lot of them, and they kicked our butts!
I want to make some fruity ones now.

Is Smart and Final the only place to find the plastic containers?

We found the lemon jello at the ranch market near us. they had a deal of 5 boxes for $5.

i think i also noticed it at vons but i was a little more expensive

the cups were in a pack of 125 2 oz cups and its was under $3

i also got the sweet tea vodka at smart and final. it was $15.99 for the handle.

For the Sweet Tea Shooters -
They are ugly, but taste yummy!

1 Box Lemon Jello
2 cups boiling water
1 cup cold water
1 cup Sweet Tea Vodka

So I guess my proportions are the same! Ended up tasting all the Jello shooters this fine Easter weekend. Need to make a trip back to Smart & Final, lol

We also made some Peach Jello w/Sweet Tea & Peach Schnapps! Those were great also! Tasted like a peach iced tea.

i know its dumb but im afraid of how they will look lol. the brown mixed with yellow. its going to look gross haha but i guess i can get over it if it tastes good!

THAT is not nearly enough alcohol!!! Up to 1 cup!!! You'll be thankful you did!

well i use to do all the cold water as alcohol but then ppl complained they were too strong. maybe ill do 2.5/4 as water and 1.5/4 as alcohol so theyre a little stronger...

koala, it doesnt matter what size jello you use. you make it like normal with the boiling water and melting the sugar and then replace the cold water with alcohol or do part cold water part alcohol. as long as you measure the right proportions on the box you'll be fine. the larger box would make 64 1oz cups.

Raquelita came over and helped me make 250 jello shots last night, in 9 or 10 different flavors! And the large boxes I found make 21-26 (depending how full you fill them) of the 2 oz. cups. I think the 1oz cups are too small (just me of course!). I'm ready for the weekend now!!!
