Hey y'all, I know this board isn't meant to plug any personal interests but seeing how nice you guys have been over the last 5 years I'm coming to you for ideas. I'm running the Rock & Roll Marathon in San Diego on June 5th as part of Team in Training. They benefit the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. Anyway, last October a co-worker of mine's two and a half year old son was diagnosed childhood leukemia (ALL) so I'm running my first marathon ever in his honor! His parents are running too and they've never done any kind of race or run! My goal is to raise $2000 and the team's is $6,800 and we are almost half way there.

Anywho, I'll be tent camping again this year will be getting up there Thursday night. So I wanna take some time Friday to fund-raise in the camping area, be it with a game or contest or something. I don't have any ideas though... I'm coming to my friends at Stagecoach MB to ask you to pitch in some ideas or help out in anyway possible... you guys are always so creative. I've added a link to my fund-raising site so you can see my progress and learn a little more about what I'm trying to do. I'm not trying to spam the message boards by any means.

I have to do a 16 mile training run that weekend so that means plenty of laps around the grounds most likely on friday before the booze flow. If nothing else, wave and say hi if you see me run by.
