I think it would be easy enough for everyone to come to one place and pick them up since we will be getting there on Thursday. But of course it's up to you.
I like the tank top idea as I don't really like to wear tshirts. But if I have no choice, I have no choice, so I'll take 3 medium please.
Let me know when you want us to send the money via PayPal

One more thing guys, if you pay via PayPal, be sure to mark it as a 'GIFT' so they don't charge Brittany.

I still vote men's tanks for the guys, it's just too freakin hot for t-shirts. What do you guys think?

Oh and because in previous years, the guys just cut the sleeves off of their SCMB t-shirts.

Can I chime in on the back/front idea? In the past years the logo has been on the front, 1 because it is cheaper to order them that way, and 2 because a lot of us like to paint and design our own things on the back. I do it every year :-) I'm a "stay with the status quo" kinda gal, but since I am not taking on this project, I will go with what the majority wants!

I will suggest that whatever tanks you can get for the girls, be on the long side. Old Navy ones were perfect, it sucks they're no longer available!

I know, it sucks the old navy ones aren't available, i loved the way those fit! i really like this company, they have been really helpful so far. the tank top MOST of these companies offer for women is a Bella Girly Tank, and they do look like they run small. they do have the option of a sleeveless tshirt for women but they don't have the colors we want. i'm doing my best to try to make everyone happy & look good

oh and for the men, since none of them are giving me feedback, karena-- does nick want a traditional tank top or more like a sleeveless t?

so i found a local company here in Fresno, just got off the phone with the owner and i told him the whole situation and i think he's gonna be able to help me out. he's going to email me with all the different styles of tank tops and sizing guides so i can figure out what will look good on the majority of the group.

okay so this other company doesn't have the 'right' green available . er! and in the mean time the first company i was gonna go with got back to me and gave me a quote, if i order 21 shirts (i'm just picking a random #) they will be $17.00 each. i tried and tried to find somewhere with guy tanks and girl tanks that come in a john deere like green... it was a lot harder than i thought it was gonna be. so the best i can do is t shirts for the guys and tanks for the ladies. this is the official shirt design i came up with. i did the front & back thing just because the majority of people wanted to try the front/back idea.

so how does this work for people?

and then the same design but on this shirt for the men-

so be honest, what do you guys think?

I like the t-shirts for men. I think you should round it off to $20. If you use PayPal, they take off a bit for processing. You may end up with other costs as well. That's cute how you added the cowboy hat. If only it had a belt buckle!

Cute! Tank looks long enough. If these aren't being shipped and we're just getting them at SC, I think the front/back idea is cute since I won't be able to paint up the back. You're awesome for doing this, B!
Back in the saddle again for SC 2012!!

Steph, it is totally possible for me to ship them to everyone but the majority said for me to pass them out. i remember now though, you & Sheila wanted to have them prior to the festival... totally doable but it would be like an extra $5 to ship.

I agree with the $20 but not because of the processing charge.
***NOTE*** If paying by PayPal remember to make it a 'GIFT' as they do not charge a processing fee for gifts.
I think $20 is a good price and this way if someone doesn't pay you (which I'm sure you will get a small few), you won't have to eat the cost.
    Just my two cents.
