That stinks, she should have told me i about 5 people at the festival asked me where i got mine from....

Hi everyone! Sorry I haven't been here much... but let me give you a little update on shirts.
In the past I've been able to get the tank tops at Old Navy, with a wide range of sizes, and colors. They are no longer available in the colors and quantities we need.

I have in the past been able get the silkscreening/printing at a good price and pass the savings on to all of us. That printer may be out of business now.

I was working a very easy schedule previously and had time to shop, arrange printing, do the packaging and mail the shirts off to everyone and even place a few "special orders" on request. I have a much more time consuming position now with more travel and longer days.

The last couple years I absorbed the cost of orders placed but never paid for.. even though I had to pay for the shirts and the printing. May not seem significant.. but there are lots of little fees that that occur that get overlooked. I didn't profit, that wasn't the intention .

I LOVE LOVE having our shirts each year, but I'm wondering how many of us want another SC shirt? Some have 4? 5 ? There has to be a minimum order to even make it affordable.

OPTIONS-
I could make arrangements for each to order their own shirts off on one of the websites. I could see about a template, and each could order the size and quantity desired. There may not be the wide range of colors to choose from, but I can check.

I could see about making a template and you all could have your own to create your own shirt. We could still pick a similar so we match.

We could wear any shirt from previous years and could showcase the SC collection.

Any thoughts ? Ideas? Anyone out there who does silkscreening wants to take over the project? Email me at nancmac1@aol.com, or send me a PM. I'll be on the message board more often now since its getting closer!!!

We STILL need to arrange a group picture at SC, regardless of what we wear!!

well I am bummed mostly because you do such a great job Nancy & we always know what to expect when ordering with you. I personally love having the matching shirts, it has made finding our group a piece of cake in the past! I am totally up to order online if we can find something that would be similar to what we got from Nancy.

that site looks pretty cool, how would we all decide on font, style, & color. I like the Kelly Green as opposed to the Grass Green.

So.. i was playing around on that site Joey posted and it's kind of cool. I just want us all to have shirts, it has been a really fun part of the experience in the past.


i like the light green w/ white writing.

This is something i came up with while playing around & if we still wanted to do the green & yellow thing... talk to me guys, check out the site, colors, style, etc. I am down to this if you guys want. i think if we ordered at least 20 of them they come out to be $13.00-$14.00 each. but if i understand it correctly they ship them all to one place... i was thinking i could order them & then ship them to everyone individually. I would be willing to order a bunch of shirts once we agreed on what we want & then i could ship to everyone individually like Nancy did. I'm still at home 24/7 due to my back & have a lot of free time. i'm thinking it would be like what $4.00-$5.00 if i were to package them all separately & mail them them to each of you so that we would all have them before SC. so add that to the shirt cost we'd be looking at $17.00-&19.00 each depending on how many shirts we order. I wouldn't make any profit, just ask for what i paid. It's worth it to me, what do you guys think?

this is if we all do tshirts not tanks but i could play around with the site and see what our options are as far as tanktops go if you guys want.

Britt... the only problem with that site is that i couldn't see any tanks for the gals... but at least we will all have matching tee's i think we can do it... who ever wants one can pay pal you 15 or 20 bucks and i say you just bring them to the concert we can all meet up thursday or friday, have a drink and hang out and discuss a group picture... also this will allow any johny come lately that want a shirt they could order em them selves ...
I did love the shirts of nancy's though they were very soft and comfy... but i understand being busy... it's a big task to organize the shirts.... but it's a big part of the SCMB group photo... i think we need them...

oh and the one i made i figured we could put the what happens at stagecoach on the front and Stays at STAGECOACH on the back.... i liked the green n yellow like john deer colors.... but thats just my opinion... if you are ordering em then and organizing this as a reward i say you get to design them!

what does everyone else think?
I will do this if i can get at least 18 people to confirm that they absolutely want a shirt. i dont want to get stuck buying 18 shirts and no one wanting them. also i would need a list of sizes before ordering. preferably by march 19th.

i like the both but i am leaning towards the white writing. i'm thinking i could pass the mout at camping/festival or if some people want i could ship them so you have them before the festival

Miss B, count me in! I like the writing on the front/back but I am kinda torn on the color of the writing. I personally like the john deere colors that joey did but the white might be easier to read. Ah well, either one is cool. I think passing them out at the festival is a good idea. Perfect way to meet some of the other message boarders. keep us updated!
