i follow you. no more pics of Roy. we want everyone to be able to be as goofy as well let's say Adam without having to stress about anything! we're all supposed to be one big happy family! i'm just glad i didn't do the actual drawing. could never do that to someone. i even helped him wash it off. all i did was take pics and seriously had no intent other than to share our memories with everyone.

USC..I understand on both sides of this. When I saw the pic I didn't think anything ill towards you. I felt kinda sorry for you, but that is what people do in fun and games of passing out. With that being said, people should ask before posting pics. I have been asked to take some down of friends and it was just them in it smiling or having fun at concerts. It IS illegal to post without permission, and we all forget that since we are friends, so I am sure they just posting the group of pics with no harm intended.

You could of asked them NICELY to take down the pics, not cus or get dirty about it. I am sure they understand your side and would be happy to take them down.

Not that I want to be the kill joy here, but I agree 100% with Roy. It is not good having unflattering pics posted on any social network without consent. Hiring companies, back ground investigators, and employers search these sites all the time for information. Many state, civil and government employers have departments that specifically search for character flaws, bad habits and patterns of behavior.
Out of respect for eachother, posting pics that someone asked not be posted should be removed, and maybe asking before hand with prevent hard feelings.. just a thought.
On a personal note.... I was out with "friends" once and I had way too much to drink... little did I know one of the people in the group had her camera on video, and even asking that she not post the unflattering video.. she did. Not cool...but then again, found out that she wasn't a friend after all.

I agree on the employment and other agencies looking for that stuff. And I have asked Gigi to take down the pics too. That being said, and just for the sake of argument, Mr. Psycho doesn't have a FB and isn't tagged so there is no way anybody searching could see those pics. I keep all of mine (I didn't have any up) SUPER private and you can only see them if you are a friend of mine on FB. Because I am weird about that stuff too. Most people I know have them private. Not that it matters in this situation, just sayin...

FB is a whole other ball game...they would need to really know you and your pictures to do something like that, nice thing about getting older is that nobody cares and it's the youngsters that are malicious and doing most of the bullying.

I have to say something on this topic, I know the situation being referred to by Kymery and FestivalFan and I don't think anyone did anything with ill intentions on there. Everyone on here is friends and with this being a public forum and everyone having aliases, I don't see it coming back to haunt anyone. If that was posted on someone's facebook then yes, completely different situation.

The content posted from that situation was strictly from a fun night with everyone, and there was nothing that was "too hot for TV" or anything like that, everyone has had a night where they partied a bit too hard and enjoyed themselves, I think everyone should relax, and not get so serious on these boards. It's all about fun, and games and having a blast and enjoying country music. Were all here for one common reason, and we all have Aliases on here, that's why no one refers to others by their real name...

Not trying to stir up anything, just think a situation between two friends went bad for no real reason. The content posted was to just show everyone the good time that was had that night watching a country band we all enjoyed seeing! We need to forgive and forget, life is too short to dwell on something that happened 2 years ago...

Truth be told, the only people who see any of this are all of us friends in here, so even if we all used real names, it's not a big deal... Guess we all need to remember that not the whole world is looking at the SC Boards... I'm here to have fun and enjoy the conversation with everybody on here...
